Kinesiology Taping
This therapeutic tool acts to dynamically assist your muscle function. Trigger Point Therapy
This manual therapy focuses on detectingand releasing trigger points, spots in skeletal muscle that produce pain when compressed.
Trigger Point Injections
Trigger points are knots in your muscles that form when the muscle can’t relax. Injecting small amounts of anesthetic can alleviate the pain. Trigger points are often associated with acute trauma, myofascial pain, neck and upper back pain, lower back pain, headaches, and fibromyalgia.
